Capture Audience Content Consumption Patterns

Using advanced techniques, we were able to treat GA 360 like a Data Management Platform (DMP) and track the articles & videos consumed by each user

Extract User Journey to Big Query

The user journey was exported into Big Query, which is a cloud based data warehouse, where we could use AI & ML to predict each user’s preferences

Using AI to Personalize Content

Once each user’s preference was calculated, these predictions were exposed onto the client’s CMS, so that the most relevant articles were shown based on the audience’s interest

Evaluating Success

Documented results exhibited a healthy increase with more than a 200% increase in content engagement coupled with an uplift of more than 55% in articles being shared by users who resonated with the topics they read
